We have financial counselors to assist you with any financial or insurance questions regarding your procedure. Please call 530-5913 or 800-472-2113, extension 5913, during regular business hours.

Financial counselors are available to:
  • Provide you with an estimate of your procedure
  • Provide you with an estimate of what your insurance will pay (if appliable) and the amount you will be responsible to pay
  • File your insurance claims (if applicable)
  • Assist with credit arrangements
  • Accept payment on your account
We are committed to assisting you with your financial concerns; however, you are ultimately responsible for the costs incurred for any medical expenses.

Cosmetic Procedures
Pre-payment is required on all cosmetic procedures prior to scheduling your procedure.

Payment options include cash, check, money-order, personal loan, CareCredit® financing or credit card. We accept MasterCard, Visa and Discover.

For more information about CareCredit®, visit www.carecredit.com to view a demo or apply online. If you have any questions, please contact a Mid Dakota Clinic financial counselor at 530-5913 or 800-472-2113 extension 5913.

Procedures Covered by Insurance
In order to assure that insurance claims are processed quickly and correctly, it is important that you know the type of health insurance coverage that you have, and that you notify the Business Office at 530-6004 or 800-472-2113 extension 6004 of any changes in your coverage.

All fees, personal payments and insurance payments for your surgical procedure will be itemized on your monthly Mid Dakota Clinic statement. Under federal law, we cannot combine bills; therefore, anesthesiology (sedation) charges will be billed by St. Alexius Heart & Lung Clinic or Missouri Basin Anesthesia and any pathology (tissue testing) charges will be billed by Pathology Consultants. If hospitalization is required as part of your treatment, you will receive separate billing from St. Alexius Medical Center for hospital charges. If you have questions on any of these billings, you must contact each individual facility.
